Sweet 'n Sour Weenies

2 packages miniature smoked sausages (I use Hillshire Farms Lil' Smokies)
1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
1 jar (16 ounces) grape jelly

Put all the ingredients into a Crock Pot. Stir. Cook on high for 25 to 30 minutes.
