Crock Pot Roast Beef

3-4 lbs thawed, boneless roast
1 package(s) au jus mix (about 1 oz)
1 package(s) Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (1/2 oz)
1 can(s) beef broth (about 10.5 oz)
1/2 cup(s) water

Place roast in crock pot. Combine sauce and pour over beef: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
