Reuben Dip

Reuben Dip

1/2 cup - sauerkraut,drained and chopped
3 ounce - cream cheese,softened
8 ounce - sour cream
1/3 cup - Swiss cheese,grated
4 ounce - kosher corned beef,finely diced
2 to 3 tablespoon - milk


Combine and heat all ingredients, except milk, in a small saucepan over low heat until hot. Thin with milk if needed. Serve hot with pumpernickel bread sticks.
